Amsure Realty is one of Sydney’s leading, independent real estate agencies based in the upcoming inner-city suburb of Waterloo. Amsure specialises in selling properties located in Sydney’s inner city and eastern suburbs, though we have also covered much of Sydney’s outer suburbs. The Amsure ‘family’ is led by Director and Licensee, Iris Leong, who takes a committed, hands-on approach to the running of her business and has a team of fully trained and committed sales and rental consultants.

Amsure Realty had its origins in 1992 as an independent real estate agency in the central Chinatown area. As the name suggests "Amsure" is derived from the phrase “I am sure” and is a true statement of the company’s philosophy and guarantee of its service to owners, tenants and buyers alike- one which we continue to subscribe to today, going that extra mile where other real estate agents may not. Over the years, Amsure has developed a strong Asian client base both here and internationally - from Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, China and Korea as well as a large, local client base in the inner city area. Year after year, Amsure has maintained its successful reputation in the Sydney property sales market. One example was the 2001 sale of seven, off-plan, Mirvac properties in just one day with property values ranging from $900,000 to $2.4 million.

In 2001, Amsure expanded to include building and property management within the ‘Green Square’ development, a Meriton developed urban village at Waterloo. We relocated our office from Sussex Street to 2 Potter Street, Waterloo and set up a new arm of Amsure, to provide on-site residential property and building management for three major Meriton apartment blocks, Tiara, Atarah and Jewel.

Today Amsure Realty is the leading real estate agency in the well-established and growing Crown Plaza village, providing the full range of real estate services to its clients including:
