Amsure Realty is a real estate agency based in Waterloo. Our team consists of fully qualified and experienced Real Estate professionals who are completely committed to their clients needs.

We specialise in properties located in the Sydneys’, inner city and eastern suburbs but also service the whole of Sydney, including the outer suburbs. We cover residential and commercial properties as well as selected land project development and rural/industrial land sales.

Amsure Realty is a long established company which has been in existence since 1992 as an independent real estate agency in Chinatown. Over the years, we have developed a strong Asian client base - from Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, China and Korea, as well as a large, local client base.

In 2001, our business further expanded to include building and property management within the Green Square Development, a new urban village at Waterloo. We relocated our office from Sussex Street Sydney to 2 Potter Street, Waterloo.. Crown Square Management as partner to Amsure Realty is responsible for much of the property management at Crown Square. The two companies share an office and work closely together to achieve a common mission.

The name, "Amsure", has its origins in the phrase “I am sure”. This is an expression of the companies commitment and guarantee of service to owners, tenants and buyers alike. We go that extra mile that other real estate agents today may not.
