Iris Leong

Principal - Amsure Realty Pty Ltd

A little about me

Iris Leong has been in real estate sale for over 25 years, and has a real passion for the industry.

In 1992, she founded Amsure Realty in the heart of Sydney’s Chinatown. Amsure flourished as an independent agency and sold properties with great success all over Sydney. In 2001, Iris established Crown Square Management, a building and Property Management Company in Waterloo, and soon moved Amsure Realty to the area which has become the hub and client focus of Amsure Realty and Crown Square Management, (Amsure – Crown) today.

Iris is a Tiger by the Chinese calendar and a Tiger by nature. She is fiercely loyal and will not hesitate to go the extra mile to achieve the best results for her clients. With her years of experience in every aspect of real estate, Iris has an in-depth understanding of the sales process and will ensure that her clients are well informed every step of the way. Building client relationships is at the heart of Iris’ work. She is dedicated to getting to know her clients personally and understanding their needs. Her greatest satisfaction is finding and introducing buyers to the right properties and seeing how happy they are when they have settled in. Likewise selling properties for owners and achieving the results they wanted on settlement day brings her great joy.

Iris places great emphasis on doing business with integrity, honesty and drive. One of Iris’ many professional achievements is achieving a record price in a record time frame in the Waterloo area and achieving the highest number of  ‘off the plan’ apartment sales by an independent agent for the Crown Group development company in 2016.

Iris specialises in the buying and selling of residential property throughout Sydney, particularly in Waterloo, Sydney CBD and Chinatown as well as land development, investment and property management.
