Kevin is a Licensed Real Estate, Business and Strata Agent with 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry. He is the Licensee in Charge of Crown Square Management, oversees customer service management, and assists in the Building Management of two residential buildings with a total of some 425 lots. In a previous incarnation, Kevin worked as an Engineering Surveyor working locally and overseas for over 20 years.
Kevin takes immense pride in being able to select the appropriate trades for building maintenance tasks and ensuring trades work to deadlines. Kevin loves to problem solve and is rarely stumped by that unfathomable problem. His philosophy is to identify potential hiccups in advance and be prepared with suitable solutions.
