Amsure Realty was formed in 1992 as an independent real estate agency in Chinatown and as the name suggests, “Amsure” is derived from the phrase “I am sure”. It is a true statement of the company’s philosophy and guarantee of its promise to deliver outstanding service to owners, tenants and buyers alike. A promise that all Amsure – Crown staff continue to commit to this day, going that extra mile where other real estate agents may hesitate.
Amsure – Crown has developed a strong local client base in the inner city area as well as an extensive Asian client base both locally and internationally. For 25 years, Amsure – Crown has achieved and maintained its deserved reputation as a solid, trustworthy agency, an agency where clients are given truthful and sage advice. One example from 2016, where sales in a major development in Parramatta had stalled, Iris Leong recommended a revised selling strategy and upon implementation, another 15 apartments were sold off the plan in less than two months.
In 2001, the company chose to relocate to the ‘Green Square’ development, a new urban village at Waterloo.

Our office relocated from Chinatown to Potter Street, Waterloo and provides as well as property sales services, on-site residential property and building management for three major apartment blocks, Tiara Apartments, Atarah Apartments and Jewel Apartments.
In 2017 Amsure – Crown remains the premier real estate agency in the now well-established and buzzing Crown Square / Danks Street precinct, providing the full range of real estate services to its clients including:
